Working with Midstar has been one of my most incredible experiences as I had the opportunity to showcase my skills in agricultural derivatives. The management has an open mindset to seek opportunities that helped build the Commodities portfolio and pick up strategies that benefit the company. The support I received enabled me to structure the derivatives trading desk, and I feel incredibly fortunate and grateful to the management for the support.

I was to do an internship before my final year, and I feel incredibly fortunate that I got to intern at Midstar. I gained a better understanding of the agribusiness. My colleagues were very welcoming, supportive and patient in helping me understand the work while also giving me valuable career guidance. During my internship at Midstar, not only did I learn practical skills by working with an effective team, but the hands-on experience was very insightful.
